Welcome to the Generations Church Podcast!
You were created by God for something significant—something eternal that truly matters. But maybe you’ve wondered, What exactly am I called to do? What if I miss it? In today’s message, Pastor Jeff reminds us that our calling isn’t first about what we do, but about who we are becoming in Christ.
Through Ephesians 4:1, we’ll discover that every follower of Jesus is uniquely chosen, set apart, and empowered to live a holy life—and that faithfulness today is what leads to a life of lasting impact.
Join us as we dive into this message, “Is God Calling Me?”

Welcome back to the Generations Church podcast! We’re so glad you’re joining us today.
Have you ever noticed how easy it is to fall into the trap of comparison—especially with social media? One moment you’re enjoying life, and the next you’re scrolling, wondering why their house looks nicer, why their kids seem more successful, or why their ministry seems to be growing faster than yours. Before you know it, your joy has been stolen, and you feel like you don’t measure up.
In today’s message, Pastor Jeff reminds us of a powerful truth: comparison is the enemy of calling. God didn’t create you to run someone else’s race—He created you, uniquely and perfectly, to fulfill His purpose for your life. You are His masterpiece, designed with everything you need to do what He has called you to do.
So as you listen, let this be a reminder to take your eyes off of what everyone else is doing and fix them on Jesus, the One who has called you, equipped you, and loves you more than you could ever imagine.

So many of us live frustrated because we don’t understand our purpose. We ask questions like: What’s the point? Why bother? Why do I keep trying when it doesn’t seem to matter? But Scripture reminds us that our lives are not without meaning. In Acts 13:36, Luke writes that David served God’s purpose in his own generation. That’s what we were created for—not to chase our own plans, but to serve God’s purpose right where He has placed us.
In today’s message, Pastor Jeff unpacks four powerful principles of purpose, reminding us that:
Your purpose isn’t for you, it’s for God.
You don’t find your purpose, you serve God’s purpose.
If you want to serve God’s purpose, start serving God’s people.
And your purpose is always for God’s glory.
This is a message to help you stop chasing fulfillment in all the wrong places, and start living out the why behind your life, so you can serve God’s purpose in your generation.
Let’s dive in.

Have you ever found yourself asking, “What’s the point?” Maybe it’s in your marriage, your finances, your health, or even in your faith. You’ve tried to do what’s right, but it feels like nothing changes. You’re exhausted. You wonder, “God, where are You in this? What’s the purpose of all this pain?”
Here’s the truth: people don’t actually hate pain—what we really hate is pain without a purpose. Because the reality is, when there’s a reason, we can endure almost anything. Whether it’s athletes training their bodies, mothers enduring labor to bring new life, or Peter learning through failure—pain can actually be God’s preparation for His greater purpose.
In today’s message, Pastor Jeff unpacks this powerful truth: God never wastes your pain. What feels like breaking may actually be His preparation for a greater purpose in your life.
So if you’ve been walking through trials, if you’ve wondered why life feels so heavy, lean in. Today we’ll discover that there is a reason—and there is purpose in your pain.
Let’s dive in.

Welcome to the Generations Church podcast! Over the past four weeks in our series Chameleon, we’ve been learning how to fight the pull to blend into the culture around us and instead live boldly for Christ.
We’ve discovered that we are called to live set apart, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and rooted in our God-given purpose.
Today, as we wrap up the series, Pastor Jeff takes us to Ephesians 5, where Paul calls us to “be imitators of God.” You’ll learn how to live as God’s dearly loved children, walk in sacrificial love, and reject the sins that pull us away from Him.
This is a practical, challenging, and hope-filled message that will help you step out of the camouflage and live so that when people see you, they see Christ.
Let’s dive in.

Monday Aug 04, 2025

We’re in Week 3 of our series Chameleon, where we’ve been talking about what it means to live set apart in a world that constantly pressures us to blend in. In today’s message, "Live Different," we dive into Ephesians 4 and discover that God has called us to a life of purpose—and He’s given us everything we need to walk it out.
You’ll hear a powerful challenge to be rooted in Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and faithful in using your spiritual gifts to make a difference for the gospel. Whether you’re struggling to find your calling or simply trying to stay faithful, this message is a reminder that you are equipped—not by your own strength, but by His power at work within you.
Let’s lean in together and learn what it really means to live different for the sake of Christ.

Welcome to the Generations Church Podcast!
We’re in Week 2 of our message series Chameleon—a powerful call to stop blending in with the world and start standing out for Christ.
Last week, we unpacked Romans 12:1–2 and discovered that true transformation begins with surrender. This week, we dive into 1 Peter and are reminded that you have been chosen by God—not to conform, but to be holy, to be obedient, and to live set apart for His glory.
In a world pressuring believers to hide their faith, God’s Word calls us to step out boldly and live like we’ve been called out. Because we have. You’re not just saved—you’ve been chosen, empowered, and set apart through the work of the Holy Spirit and the blood of Christ.
So lean in as we’re reminded: You weren’t made to fit in… you were made to stand out.

Monday Jul 21, 2025

Welcome back to the Generations Church Podcast! Today, we’re kicking off a brand new series called Chameleon, where we’ll explore how followers of Jesus are called to stand out, not blend in.
In our culture, it’s easy to adapt, shift, and camouflage ourselves to fit in with the world around us. But Romans 12:1-2 calls us to something different—to present our lives as a living sacrifice, to resist conforming to the patterns of this world, and to experience true transformation by renewing our minds through God’s Word.
In this first message, Do Not Conform, we’ll discover why God’s mercy is our motivation for living set apart and how we can break free from cultural pressures to live boldly for Jesus.
Grab your Bible, open to Romans 12, and let’s dive into Chameleon: Week 1 together.

Monday Jul 14, 2025

Welcome to the Generations Church Podcast! Over the past five weeks in our Made For Mission series, we’ve discovered that every follower of Jesus is called to live on mission, sharing the message, Be reconciled to God, with a world that God loves.
We’ve talked about why we share the gospel, how to share it, and who we’re praying for. But today is where it gets real. Today we ask: Will you accept God’s mission for your life?
In today’s message, Send Me, we’ll look at how God calls ordinary people and how we respond to that call. Will we run from it, pass it off to someone else, or will we say, “Here I am, Lord, send me”?
