Welcome to the Generations Church Podcast! We’re so glad you’ve joined us.
Today we continue our series, A Church That Pleases God, where we’ve been asking an important question: What kind of church brings joy to the heart of God?
In Week 5, Pastor Jeff shares a message called “Generosity That Pleases God.”
Generosity is about much more than the amount we give. God looks at the heart behind the gift—the faith, sacrifice, and willingness to trust Him with everything He has placed in our hands.
As we open God’s Word today, we’ll discover what biblical generosity looks like and how a generous life can make an eternal difference.
Let’s jump into today’s message, “Generosity That Pleases God.”

In today’s message, “A Love That Pleases God,” we turn to one of Jesus’ most familiar stories—the parable of the Good Samaritan in Luke 10. Jesus shows us that real, biblical love is more than something we know, talk about, or even feel. It’s a love that sees the person, feels their pain, moves with purpose, is willing to pay the price, and ultimately puts love into practice. The question isn’t simply, “Who is my neighbor?” The question is, "Am I willing to be a neighbor?" There are hurting people all around us, and God may be calling us to stop walking by, move toward them, and show them the love of Jesus. So open your Bible to Luke chapter 10 as Pastor Jeff shares today’s message, “A Love That Pleases God.”

Welcome to the Generations Church Podcast. Today, we continue our series, A Church That Pleases God, with a message called “A Unity That Pleases God.”
In John 17, just before Jesus went to the cross, He prayed for His followers—and one of His greatest requests was that we would be one. In a world marked by division, Jesus calls His church to something different: a unity rooted in Him, centered on truth, and powerful enough to show the world who He is.
So whether you’re listening at home, in the car, or on the go, open your Bible to John 17:20–23 as Pastor Jeff shares today’s message, “A Unity That Pleases God.”

One of the questions people have asked throughout history is, "What happens when we die?" It's a question that every one of us will face, and the answer has eternal significance. Rather than relying on opinions, speculation, or popular culture, God's Word gives us truth we can build our lives—and our eternity—upon.
Today we're honored to welcome our guest speaker, James Swanson III, Student Pastor at Community Baptist Church in Marion, Iowa. In Part 1 of his message, "What Happens When We Die?", James opens the Scriptures to help us understand what God has revealed about life after death and why the hope found in Jesus Christ changes everything.
We pray this message strengthens your faith, gives you confidence in God's promises, and points you to the hope of the gospel.
