Welcome to the Generations Church Podcast. A new year brings fresh goals, renewed motivation, and a sense of possibility—but what if the fresh start you’re longing for goes deeper than a reset or a resolution? In this message, A Fresh Start With God, we’re reminded that God specializes in new beginnings. Through Isaiah 43 and 2 Corinthians 5, we discover how God invites us to let go of what’s behind, recognize the new work He’s already doing, and step forward in faith into the future He’s prepared. Whether you’re coming out of a difficult season or simply longing for renewal, this message is a reminder that a fresh start isn’t just possible—it’s promised.

Welcome to the Generations Church Podcast. This week, we continue our series “Missing Peace” with a powerful reminder we all need—God is actively working behind the scenes, even when it feels like nothing is happening.

God is never idle. He is always at work—shaping, preparing, and aligning things for our good, even when we can’t see it yet.Let’s lean in together and discover how peace grows when we learn to trust God in the waiting.

Welcome back to the Generations Church podcast. Today we begin our Christmas series, “Finding Peace.”
It’s funny how quickly we shift from Thanksgiving gratitude to Christmas chaos. One minute we’re saying, “I’m so thankful for everything I have,” and the next we’re fighting for Black Friday deals like our lives depend on it. As kids, we thought the perfect gift would make us happy. As adults, our lists just changed—If I could fix this… if I could get that… if life would slow down…
But underneath all of it, we’re really longing for one thing: peace. Not the kind that fades, but the kind only God can give.
Today, Pastor Jeff shows us that real peace isn’t found in the absence of problems but in the presence of God—and that Christmas is God’s declaration that peace is possible, even now.
Here’s Week 1: “Is Peace Even Possible?”

Welcome back to the Generations Church Podcast. Today we wrap up our series through the book of Philippians. Over the past few weeks, Paul has reminded us that God is in control, called us to live with humility like Jesus, and challenged us to treasure Christ above everything else.
And now in Philippians 4, Paul brings these themes together in one of the most practical and encouraging chapters in the New Testament. He gives us real tools for everyday life—how to stand firm, how to pray instead of worry, how to think rightly, and how to find true contentment in Christ.
Let’s dive in as we finish this incredible journey through Philippians.

Monday Nov 17, 2025

Today, we step into Philippians chapter 3, where the Apostle Paul challenges us to reconsider what really matters. He teaches us that true righteousness, true joy, and true purpose aren’t found in our achievements, our performance, or anything we can boast about — but in knowing Christ, sharing in His sufferings, and pressing toward the eternal prize that awaits us.
If you’ve ever wrestled with letting go of old identities…If you’ve ever struggled to find joy beyond your circumstances…Or if you know what it feels like to chase fulfillment in all the wrong places…
This message is for you.
So grab your Bible, open your heart, and let’s dive into Philippians chapter 3 together.

Welcome back to the Generations Church Podcast! We’re so glad you’re tuning in today as we continue our journey through the book of Philippians.
Last week, we looked at chapter one and asked, “What would it look like to live knowing that God is in control?”We discovered that when we truly believe God is sovereign, our attitudes shift, our worries shrink, and our joy isn’t tied to what’s happening around us — but to the One who reigns over all.
This week, in Philippians chapter two, Pastor Jeff challenges us to move from what we believe about God’s control to how we should live under it.It’s a practical, powerful look at what it means to live with the heart of a servant — to walk in humility, to seek unity through selflessness, and to reflect the character of Christ in everything we do.
The big idea today is this:To live worthy of the gospel, we must adopt the humility, obedience, and servant-heart of Christ.
Let’s dive into Philippians chapter two together with this week’s message — “Learning How to Live as a Servant.”

Welcome to the Generations Church Podcast!
What would your life look like if you truly believed that God is in control? Would your attitude change? Would your stress, fear, or worry look different?
Today we’re beginning a new four-week series through the Book of Philippians — a letter written by the Apostle Paul from prison that overflows with joy and confidence in God’s plan.
In this message, we’ll walk through chapter one and discover four powerful truths:
God finishes what He starts
Even hardships serve His purpose
Our confidence is in Christ—not our circumstances, and
We’re called to live worthy of the gospel.
Grab your Bible and let’s dive in together as we’re reminded that no matter what we face, God is in control.

Welcome back to the Generations Church Podcast!  Over the past few weeks, we’ve been in a series called Hot Mess — and today, we’re wrapping it up with maybe the most honest message yet: “My Faith Is a Hot Mess.”
Let’s be real — sometimes our faith feels a little all over the place. One day we’re ready to storm the gates of hell with a water pistol, and the next day we’re wondering if God even heard our prayers. We say we trust His timing… but then get frustrated when things don’t happen our way. We sing “I Surrender All” on Sunday, and by Monday, we’ve already taken half of it back.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. The truth is — our faith can be messy because we’re messy. But here’s the good news: God isn’t afraid of our doubts, our questions, or our inconsistency. He meets us right in the middle of the mess and invites us to trust Him again.
So today, we’re going to talk about how to bring order to a messy faith and what it looks like to live out a real, authentic walk with Jesus — not perfect, but genuine.
Let’s jump in to this week’s message: “My Faith Is a Hot Mess.”
